Systemic Family Constellation: a Spiritual tool used to look at underlying Spiritual/systemic dynamics to find hidden patterns, causes and ways of healing
In its simplest terms, the Systemic Family Constellation approach views people as being embedded in, and influenced by larger systems, including but not limited to the family.
A Family Constellation is a process that allows you to discover the invisible underlying dynamics that you are involved in. Sessions are held either privately, in person or by Skype, and in a group.
Bert Hellinger, the founder of the work, observed that many of us unconsciously "take on" destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, aloneness, addictions, and even mental or physical illness as a way of "belonging" in our families. Family constellations show us where these entanglements are and often just the awareness is enough to softly shift the energy. This opens us up to the flow of love that was there all along, so that we can live healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.
Family constellations is beautiful in group process, opening us up to a sacred sense of community and support.
